	Injection & Blow Moulding For the injection and blow moulding processes, Piovan proposes a complete range of auxiliary equipment, which allows a technically perfect and high quality production to be obtained as the final result. Piovan equipment is developed to satisfy all specific requirements of these processes, in terms of the polymers treated, final application of the piece and integration with injection and blow moulding machines. Piovan ’s experience is wide and has established itself over time; it can boast installations in various sectors, such as automotive, medical, electronic and phone, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, household etc
	Extrusion Piovan has specific skills and particular knowledge of the extrusion process and proposes an increasingly wide range of products specifically developed for this sector. Piovan solutions are ideal above all for production processes of flat sheet for thermoforming, profiles, fibres, hoses and wires and also include specific systems for the production of flexible films, both blown and cast ones. With a high engineering capacity, the Piovan team is able to develop and realise customised systems alongside the Customer, OEM and extruder manufacturers.
	PET Preforms With a specific know-how of the PET preform production process, Piovan is an ideal partner in the development of complete systems for this type of application. Piovan equipment â€“ covering any requirement of granules treatment, of conditioning and the cooling of moulds, of waste pieces recovery and of plant supervision â€“ are always abreast of technological evolutions and at the forefront in industrial applications. For PET preform systems, Piovan also offers solutions which allow for the optimum management of energy requirement.
	Optical Applications In the field of Optical Applications, Piovan proposes a large range of equipment and centralised systems with specific requirements for this sector. For the correct treatment of polycarbonate, Piovan plays an important role by efficiently contributing with its solutions to the elimination of contamination and impurities in the final product. The extensive use of stainless steel, the accurate cleaning of all components, especially those in direct contact with granules and the adoption of absolute filters are just some of the precious features which ensure an absolute quality production.
